When resetting the user password using the administrative portal, the password is temporary and has to be changed by the user. Please direct the user to the "Forgot username or password?" link on the bottom of the ConservationTrack login screen. The user will be able to change his/her password as a self-service. If during the process the user does not receive an automated email, please check the junk/spam folder, as sometimes the automated password reset emails may end up there.
